Tips

  • Diverge: No criticism — just generate ideas
  • Converge: Set criteria and evaluate objectively
  • Decide: Always assign an owner and a deadline
05

Review & Share Decisions

~1 min

After the meeting, decisions with owners and deadlines are automatically summarized. Export and share with your team, or refer back before the next meeting.

Tips

  • Summary can be copied as plain text
  • Review past decisions anytime on the dashboard (Pro)
  • Regular review improves meeting quality over time

4 Tips for Better Meetings

1.

Clarify the meeting's purpose

Start with a clear answer to 'What decision do we need to make?' If it's just an info-sharing session, you don't need KIMERU.

2.

Keep the group small

Only invite people essential to the decision. Too many participants stretch the Diverge phase and slow decision-making.

3.

Respect the timer

When time's up, move to the next phase. It's better to make the best decision within the time limit than to chase perfection.

4.

Always assign owners and deadlines

A decision without a clear owner and deadline won't get executed. Use KIMERU's recording feature to capture both.
